Rancho Durazno & Topp Fruits
Rancho Durazno and Topp Fruits are broadening their market reach and ensuring reliability and quality by combining products from both farms. The cooperative agreement provides a broader array of organic goods, making it easier for buyers to access high-quality produce, while strengthening the economic viability of both farms.
Surrounded by wild desert lands on the ragged western edge of Colorado, Rancho Durazno is a father-daughter operation growing 40-acres of organic stone fruit and melons. The farm began its transition to organic farming practices in 1989, and we remain committed to the organic ethic today. We believe the best fruit is grown from well-tended soil and harvested by people with a deep connection to the land.
Our people-centered farm is a proud member of the Fair Food Program, a worker-driven social responsibility initiative that protects and promotes the human rights of farmworkers. By adhering to strict standards for fair wages and safe working conditions, we ensure that our delicious produce is grown responsibly while supporting the rights and well-being of our farm crew.
Nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Western Colorado, our commitment to environmental stewardship is reflected in our dedication to Organic Farming. Welcome to Topp Fruits, where the warm embrace of the sun, crisp mountain air, and passionate dedication converge to produce the finest organic fruit.
Topp Fruits is family-owned and operated. We prioritize the well-being and stewardship of both natural and human resources. To further this mission, we joined the Fair Food Program which ensures the best possible conditions for the agricultural athletes who work for us. A quality environment for workers and the trees we cultivate leads to exceptional fruit.
